We protect all proprietary architectural drawings, MEP models, and point-cloud LiDAR scans under strict automated NDAs and ISO 27001 security protocols.
Client Intellectual Property Standard
All BIM models (.RVT, .IFC, .NWD), point-cloud files, and CAD sheets remain 100% client property. No client data is ever reused, resold, or used to train third-party AI models.
1. Proprietary Model & CAD Intellectual Property
Every drawing set, 3D Revit file, Tekla structural container, and LiDAR point cloud uploaded to BIMVEDH via our portal or secure transfer tools is protected under bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). All derivative BIM deliverables (including 4D Synchro schedules and COBie spreadsheets) belong solely to the client upon milestone payment completion.
2. ISO 27001 Encrypted Common Data Environment (CDE)
We store all client data in SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified cloud infrastructure with 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures only assigned BIM engineers and project leads access project directories.
3. Third-Party Non-Disclosure & AI Training Policy
BIMVEDH strictly prohibits sharing project files with unapproved third parties. Furthermore, client BIM models are never used for public dataset training, AI model ingestion, or marketing showcasing without explicit written authorization.
4. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion Protocols
Upon final project sign-off and model handover, all working project containers are archived for 90 days for client backup before secure cryptographic purging, unless longer SLA maintenance retention is contracted.
